Launching date set - February 10th

Ideally we would have launched this web application on January 1st, 2010. But now we have decided to launch on February 10th, 2010.

Our main reason to launch now is firstly to get this application out and get users in. Our second reason is that we need those ten days (from now) to secure that our data is correct and that we have the latest suspensions added. We are still working to get some data out of some federations, one of these is the International Weightlifting Federation who we believe is not providing enough information regarding their suspended athletes. We would like to see more information, especially the name of the prohibited substance that they tested positive for. We have also spent quite some time doing market research in Norway and our neighboring countries. This to find out if this database is a needed product, and what to charge for access. We also need those days until launching to create a registration page where interested customers can provide us with contact information. At the moment we won't support online payment and therefor we need some sort of manual registration of new customers.
