The Jamaica Anti-Doping Disciplinary panel, which is appointed by the minister responsible for sport under the anti-doping act and operates separately and independently of the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (JADCO), has decided in the matter of JADCO v Marvin Anderson, Allodin Fothergill, Lanceford Spence and Yohan Blake that “no anti-doping rule violation occurred with respect to the adverse analytical findings”.

Berlin to host largest ever IAAF anti-doping operation

Monte-Carlo - The 12th IAAF World Championships in Athletics to be held in Berlin, Germany will be subject to the most comprehensive Anti-Doping Programme ever conducted by the IAAF - including both drug testing and educational activities. More than 1000 samples will be collected, both before and during the competition in Germany.

IPC Launches New Registered Testing Pool

With the new IPC Anti-Doping Code being effective from 1 January 2009, and in compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code (WADC), the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) has revised its Registered Testing Pool (RTP), which purpose is to implement an efficient Out-of-Competition Testing programme. The IPC RTP has been expanded and now includes all IPC sports on the Paralympic programme.
